Refund & Return Policy

At Dealex, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy below before reaching out.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories included
- Not damaged due to misuse or normal wear
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Items damaged due to improper use
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@dealex.us with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Dealex is not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dealex.us. Please include a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order at dealex.us/shop.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before they are shipped. Email us immediately at support@dealex.us. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process instead.
